Companies such as Neopost, Pitney Bowes, Francotyp Postalia and Pitney Bowes all make machines that automate the process and work infinitely more quickly than any human. These machines are available in bulk to save companies money and make it affordable for everyone. Who in their right mind would pay $10 per hour to do a job which can be done by a machine at 100x speed and cheaper?

Pay with a Credit Card If you do make the decision to invest use your credit card instead of cash. PayPal is not a good option. It is often easier and more cost-effective to dispute charges with your card company. PayPal is worthless for disputes.

In the current economy, if you are looking to rent a condo or coop, ask the owner of the apartment for proof that they are not in arrears on their mortgage.
